How we test agent skill packs

Every pack is license-checked (the real LICENSE file and every folder), installed from the zip into a clean folder, validated against the Agent Skills spec, and link-checked. Runtime tests inside each AI coding tool are listed on each pack page, and we say plainly when one has not been run yet.
