Refund policy

If your pack does not download, the zip is damaged, or the contents do not match the pack page, email support@buyagentskills.com within 14 days of purchase with your receipt. We will first try to fix it (for example, send a working download). If we cannot, we refund the full price to your original payment method through Stripe.

Because packs are digital downloads, we do not otherwise refund after the download link has been used. This does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live.

Refunds are reviewed by a person and usually answered within 3 business days.
